Ski Season

We spent another fun filled winter skiing and playing with the Scott family up at Bear Valley. Of course things were definately different now that we are a family of 3. First off, it is amazing how much more stuff there is to bring to the cabin--we had to buy a rooftop carrier in order to haul it all up there! Secondly, there was definately a lot less skiing this season--Steve had 15 days and I came in at 6 days (but I broke even on my pass!). Here are a few pictures from our winter fun:

We became creative with places to play (and nap) with her. One lovely weekend we made a "fort" in the back of the 4 runner. At other times we utilized the resort's family room. Mostly, though, we hung out in the main cafeteria area, spreading out a blanket on the tables and using her stroller or carseat as a nap area.

Of course, time at the Scotts' cabin means that it is time for Wizards!!

Carefully studying our options...how many should we bid?
"Play this one, Mommy! Bam!!"
An extra special thanks to Bill and Nancy for continuing to support our skiing addiction--we love getting to hang out with you guys at the cabin and on the slopes!
