Are Schools Killing Creativity?

In this talk, Sir Ken Robinson is wonderfully entertaining as he makes an argument that our formal education system is squashing creativity. We watched his talk during our professional development day today (teacher only day, for those of you non-educators) and we were all motivated and struck by his observations. The talk is 20 minutes (although it certainly doesn't feel long) so make sure you have some quiet time to enjoy. Click here to go watch and let me know what you think. I'm planning on reading his books (The Element and Out of Our Minds).
